Common Questions
What do you charge and how do I pay for my legal fees?
Some cases are taken on a contingency fee. This means you pay a percentage of your monetary recovery, if there is no recovery, you do not owe a fee. However, some cases are not done on a contingency fee. In those situations, your case, budget and goals are evaluated and a hourly rate is provided to you. All matters require an initial consultation and an initial consultation fee. MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards are Accepted.
I don't live in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Can you take my case?
Yes. If you need help and I can provide it, I will. I help clients and provide legal services throughout Wisconsin, and offer flexible appointment and location scheduling.
Who will work on my case?
In addition to Attorney Jason E. Dierkes, Legal Assistants, Investigators, Experts, and others will continually work on your case in an effort to bring it to a successful resolution.
How do you decide whether you will take my case?
Unfortunately, I am not able to take every case that is presented to me. I accept a limited number of cases, which provides me the ability to spend a lot more time on each case then my competitors, or the other side. This allows for better client service, and often leads to better research, better preparation and finally better results.
