What do you charge and how do I pay for my legal fees?
Your matter, budget and goals are evaluated and a fee range, hourly rate, or one-time lawsuit fee is provided to you. All matters require an initial consultation and an initial consultation fee. MasterCard and Visa Credit Cards are Accepted.

I don't live in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Can you take my case?
Yes. If you need help and we can provide it, we will. We help clients and provide legal services throughout Wisconsin, and offer flexible appointment and location scheduling. Through telephone, e-mail and other technological advances, communication with clients and the court is not as geographically limited as it once was.

Who will work on my case?
In addition to Attorney Jason E. Dierkes, Legal Assistants, Case Managers, Investigators, Experts, and others will continually work on your case in an effort to bring it to a successful resolution. While a lot of people will be working on your case, you will always have access and be able to speak with attorney Dierkes.

How do you decide whether you will take my case?
Unfortunately, we are not able to assist everyone that seeks our services. Our clients’ success is a result of Dierkes Law Office accepting a limited number of cases, allowing us the ability to spend a lot more time on each case then our competitors, or the other side, which often leads to better research, better preparation and finally better results. We do review each case, but we only accept cases that meet our firm criteria. Sometimes we cannot accept any cases because our caseload is full. Subject to case load and other internal limitations, if you need help and we can provide it, we will.
